Returns
You have 30 days to return the product in its original condition, including tags, at no cost. Please email orders@waltersky.com with your order number for a return label. And please note warehouse hours above.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange something from your order you will need to return that particular item and then place a new order for the new item. Once the original item is received you will be credited back that amount.
Designer Notes
This was our attempt at an all around casual adventure short. Something we could wear backpacking, to the gym, for a quick surf or around town on a warm summer day. For this short, we used the same Dot Air fabric by Toray that we used on the WS-B01.
Before I created this short I found that I would wear boardshorts on my backpacking trips because if there was water nearby I was getting in and I needed something that would dry quickly. The problem with boardshorts was most don't have pockets and those that did were not that deep and my things would easily fall out as soon as I sat down. This short was the perfect compromise between my boardshorts and casual drawstring cotton shorts I was wearing at the time. The Dot Air fabric contains Toray’s Kudos DWR treatment which helps repel water and also helps them dry quickly when they do wet out. We added zippers to the pockets so you can secure your items and also added an inner EDC pocket so your knife is secure and isn’t floating around and banging against your cell phone.
The short itself is shorter than most. I’m a fan of short shorts but I also understand that not everyone shares my affinity for a thigh peep show. Because of this we added a 1 inch cuff to the pant with bartacks on the inside and outside seam. Off the line they come cuffed but you can easily snip the bartack to add an extra inch of length.
