Do the products fit true to size?
Products are slim fit but are true to size. Please refer to sizing chart for exact measurements.

How do I care for my items?
WS-T01: Machine wash warm with like colors. Do not tumble dry / drip dry in nature / do not bleach / do not dry clean / medium heat iron
WS-T02: Machine wash warm or wear during a torrential downpour / tumble dry medium heat or stand outside in the sun / no need to dry clean or iron, it’s not that fancy
WS-B01: Machine wash warm or in a nearby river / tumble dry medium or hang from backpack while hiking / cool iron if needed or accept the aging process
WS-B02 and WS-S01: Machine wash warm or in a nearby river. Tumble dry medium or drape over bush near camp. Cool iron with press cloth or generate body heat while wearing for steam press
Hybrid Adventure Socks: Do not dry clean / do not bleach / machine wash cold or warm / hang dry or tumble dry low -
How much shrinkage can I expect from the shirts?
Shrinkage for the nylon and polyester shirts will be around 1.5 cm in length. Shrinkage for the merino wool products can be up to 4 cm in length which is why it’s recommended you don’t tumble dry the merino products.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality product and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund if the item(s) are unworn with original tags attached.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm PST through Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will also ship the following business day.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will be issued an order number once your order has been placed. You will be able to check the status of your order using this number. Once your order ships you will be sent a tracking number.
