Returns
You have 30 days to return the product in its original condition, including tags, at no cost. Please email orders@waltersky.com with your order number for a return label. And please note warehouse hours above.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange something from your order you will need to return that particular item and then place a new order for the new item. Once the original item is received you will be credited back that amount.
Designer Notes
I wear a lot of hats which means I’m constantly throwing them in my bag when I travel. It’s very unfortunate when you arrive at your final destination, unpack your bag, only to find out your hat has been crushed by your other items. Often times, those creases never completely disappear. I also like to be able to adjust the bill of my hat based upon the activity I’m participating in. Traditional hats don’t travel well unless they are on your head, and the bill of the hat, once molded to perfection, doesn't like to be changed.
During the design meetings with Flexfit we discussed my concerns and they were able to offer a solution. After going through a few different samples we ended up with our version of the unstructured/structured hat. This is my go-to for travel and most of my outdoor activities when I know my hat is going to get tossed around, thrown in a bag, sat on or whatever else it may encounter. The fabric is a stretch poly nylon blend, the bill is a flex bill and the front of the hat has a low density foam backing for a bit of structure.
