Returns
You have 30 days to return the product in its original condition, including tags, at no cost. Please email orders@waltersky.com with your order number for a return label. And please note warehouse hours above.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange something from your order you will need to return that particular item and then place a new order for the new item. Once the original item is received you will be credited back that amount.
Designer Notes
For the hats, we decided to work with Flexfit for the extra bit of give their hats have. I was able to pick out all of the components of the hat so it fit with the DNA of the brand. For this particular model I decided to do laser cut perforation in the back for extra breathability, a moisture wicking stretch poly fabric and a structured front with a flexible bill that you can mold and re-mold any way you like, depending on your activity.
