Returns
You have 30 days to return the product in its original condition, including tags, at no cost. Please email orders@waltersky.com with your order number for a return label. And please note warehouse hours above.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange something from your order you will need to return that particular item and then place a new order for the new item. Once the original item is received you will be credited back that amount.
Designer Notes
The adventure rag is a staple in my kit. It’s the non Swiss Army knife Swiss Army knife. The only thing I haven't used it for is wiping my ass after a nature poop. That’s not to say you couldn't, but you'd have to be pretty desperate. The artwork is a bunch of doodles my brother and I did (mostly my brother) which speak to our passion for the West and heritage of the brand. These were not originally intended to be sold on the website as I was just making them for me and my friends but I quickly discovered that it would be cheaper to order 300 units from our factory instead of doing 10 custom pieces through Buff Headwear.
